The Update!!!
- Wear wig entire month (check)
- Deep cond/ hot oil 2x week (check)
- Eat 3 meals a day drink plenty of water (fail hard to do)
- Take multivitamin daily (check)
- Cowash once a week (Wednesdays) (check)
- Attend graduation!!!!!! (check it was beautiful)
The only problem I had was a nutritional one. I eat fairly large meals and take naps so by the time I wake up, I am either still full, or its the next day lol. The good news is I have been taking my vitamins so I am always squared away in the nutrient department.
