December Goals!

                        BSL Hair!!!!!

This is all I want. I have been on this journey for so long I just want this to happen.

THE PLAN: Do not wear my real hair out until December is complete!!!!!... It would mark HHJ to BSL took 2 years and 4 months. Sounds good to me.

The Clock Is Ticking

School is getting closer and closer to being over. I officially have 4 weeks left and counting. This week is my midterm and after that it will be smooth sailing from here on out, well until the final exam in December anyway.

I am so surprised at how fast everything is moving for me, but wish all this school time can just speed up a little more. I am over writing papers, over exams, and reading about things I may never encounter in life. December 17th will be the end for me, and I am planning on taking a 3 year break after all this is over... (hopefully).

Wish Me Luck!

Deep Condition Day

It is so time. I have been doing my deep conditioning in braids for 2 months now, and I finally took my hair down and applied my ORS hair mayonnaise piece by piece. It feels so good. Currently I  am 11 weeks post relaxer and my hair is manageable thanks to the GHE I have been doing every night for 2 months. It is very cold out and I am afraid my hair will be dry under my wigs so I made it my business to keep my hair moist for long periods of time (overnight) in the braids that I have been wearing under my wigs.

I see length retention in the 2 months of not combing my hair very proud of myself....

My hair care process!!

  1. Do not wash hair with shampoo
  2. Wash hair in braids using conditioner
  3. Do not use a comb to detangle hair (only fingers)
  4. GHE every night with scurl or water, and an oil
  5. Deep condition with protein 1 x ever 2 weeks ( twice a month)
  6. Wear protective style weave, crochet braids or wigs
This has been my regime for 2 months now and I see the difference. low low manipulation works for me so washing in the braids, finger detangling and not having my hair out is the best way for me to grow hair... I am learning.

Protecting my Mane

My last post was in September and since then I have been protective styling. I wore a weave for 6 weeks and than a wig for 4 weeks my hair has been in and out of braids, I have been cowashing and doing the GHE. I have not measured my hair in a while, but I can see that it has grown a lot and pretty fast.

I still have a problem drinking water and taking my vitamins, but soon I will get with the program because I am super busy and those vitamins will help with my energy level.

Update I am still not BSL and I have been on a hair journey since Aug 5th 2012 which is about 2 years 2 months... this really sucks I should have cut off my hair in the beginning and never visited the hair salon those 2 times in my journey, because the breakage I suffered was real. I don't think it makes since to take this long to make it from shoulder length to BSL clearly there is a problem... but I will keep trying to get there.

New regime will follow...

School Count Down!!!!

I have good news!!! I will be finished with this degree officially on December 21st. I have been so busy with school and work and family situations that I have not been on this blog, but i am back now.

BSN in 6 weeks sounds so surreal. My online program lasted a whole 10 months and that's all I can give at this point. I need a break. I am counting the days until I can have my break.

Yayy!!!!!

Online Schooling

I have successfully completed 1 1/2 semesters so far and I am proud of myself. Also I managed to make the deans list which is always a plus. I have 4 classes left to complete which is 1 semester left and then I am free. The plan is to take a 2 year break and work on myself and career before switching schools and going at it again (these plans may change).

The Update:

  • I am starting to become lazy
  • I found out that my master program is not offered to students in my state (very upset about that)
  • I have developed short cuts to get my work done and submitted on time (great)
  • I just want to be finished and I will be in December 2014

Relaxer update August 2014

I relaxed my hair toady at 16 weeks, and I am not happy that I am not BSL. I did experience shedding and knots but that is because I have been wearing wings and not combing my hair much from root to tip. I started using Aphogee products more in hopes of strengthen my hair to prevent breakage and decrease the thinness.

I don't know if BSL is in the future for me if I keep caring on like this.

A weave installation is in order for 2 months!!!!

2 year hair growth anniversary!

Aug 5th was my 2 year HHJ anniversary. I am still not BSL. When that date came I did not feel like making an update because I know that I was not at my goal of BSL, so what was the point in doing it. My hair is thin, it is not where I want it to be, and I am just going to have to deal with it.

Reasons why I believed this happened

  • I stopped taking iron pills for months
  • I barely take my multivitamins
  • I have been busy and stressed working 3 jobs and going to school online
My solutions
  • I now take high potency iron pills daily
  • I purchased the gummy multivitamins (the candy taste makes me take them)
  • I am developing myself and learning how to become more organized (through reading books and research)
We have 4 more months left in this year so I only hope and pray that I make it to BSL before the year is over with the little changes I have made so far.

Wish me luck!

June Updates

I am so late because I have so much going on in my life but here it is....

Goals:
Deep condition 2x a week  (check)
Take multivitamins daily (check)
Stay stress free (fail)
Grow to BSL!!!!!! (fail)... I am starting to think that BSL may not be something I can reach. August 5th makes a 2 year health hair journey and I am still not there.

I managed to use no heat and to not relax my hair I did dust my ends and started taking my life cleanse hair, skin and nail vitamins. I also have used up my wild growth oil and will be purchasing another one for the month of July (goal to use it all the way up to august). I have not used heat in so long I don't know if anything is working anymore due to major shrinkage... I will say that I do have plenty of new growth but my new conditioners are keeping my hair manageable (I thought it was impossible).

Next relaxer end of July @ 12 weeks!!!

May Updates!

I am late but here it is!!

  • decrease breakage (I think this is a fail because I am still the same length)
  • grow to my bra strap (Fail)
  • not buy so much hair products (check)
  • wear wig for last 2 weeks of month (check)
  • stay on top of deep conditioning (check)
I dont know what's happening I am not seeing length at all. I feel like I am thinning out if anything.

June Goals!

Goals:
Deep condition 2x a week
Take multivitamins daily
Stay stress free
Grow to BSL!!!!!!

update!!

Okay... I have fell off my hair journey because I was so focused on school and work but why not be successful in all the things that I care about so with that said I am back on it. I have ordered a new wig and I have ordered a new deep conditioner. I read reviews on youtube and decided that it is about time to find my conditioner that turns my new growth into butter and what i selected may just do that. It has been so hard and I have tried many different conditioner, some would work for a little while, and others where just complete fails.

Hair Routine until August (2 year HHJ mark)

DC 2x a week
GHE every night
NO relaxer No trim No heat!
Take multivitamins daily
Wild growth oil every day on scalp at night
Moisturize and seal as needed
Wear my wigs!!!

I feel like I will be proving my hair with enough moisture that moisturizing daily is not necessary. The 2x a week DC should transform my hair in a good way so I cant wait for my new conditioner to arrive in the mail. There will be a review in a few days after a couple of uses.

I really don't understand why it is taking me 2 years to grow to BSL from shoulder length hair. It is really frustrating.

Online school? My feelings

the pros:

  • don't have to wake up early
  • have 7 days to get work done and handed in
  • don't have to drive to a building fighting traffic and burning gas the whole way
  • receive grades back in a timely manor
  • short in length only 8 week sessions
  • take less classes at a time
  • have access to the teacher
the cons:
  • easy to get lazy
  • easy to forget to submit
  • common to multitask while doing school work eg. online shopping while reading the lecture
I finished my first session with a 4.0 average I am only praying that I can get this current session back on track, because I will say I am not starting out like a champion here.

(More pros the cons!)

Simple skin care!

My skin, my skin... Well it is a mess and I have to get back on top of keeping my face clean, and less oily. I don't know if it is the busy work schedule or stress or what but my face is not happy.

Plan:
increase water
wash face 2 x a day

I just have to stock up on some good products because I am running low.

until next time!!!

Wild growth oil review

I have finished my first bottle and now on to my second. For the next 4 months I plan on buying and using this product because BSL is still my goal and I haven't made it there yet. Once I reach BSL I will definitely wear my own hair out for much longer periods.
I haven't done a length check and I do not plan to until my 2 year hhj anniversary in August but by then I should be at my first major goal ready to move on to my next.

I shall keep you posted...

Hair salon visit!

I went to the salon. and it was a mess it was the second week of may and my hair was thicker than thick @ 9 weeks. I wanted to stretch my relaxer longer so I went to the salon and boy was that a mistake. I had to tell the stylist how to detangle my hair and she just keep letting me know how much of a perm I needed. Lesson learn do not go to the hair salon with several months post hair I am pretty sure she pulled out some strains I had to stop her several times.

In the mist of all of that I only went for a wash and set with a deep condition and having someone else pamper me for a change felt good.

My 2 year hhj anniversary is on august 5th 2014, and I am trying to hold out on a length check until then because I realize checking all the time is just no good. I just don't see the progress that I want to see so I am just going to take a break at looking at my hair and where it meet up on my length check shirt. I haven't put that shirt on in so long that I really don't know where I meet up. Like 2 months ago I was at an 8 so, I just pray with the help of the aphogee products I am way past that by August. BSL is really taking way to long for me.

Book Fav!!

I have found a book and feel in love with it. I take it everywhere are read it as much as I can. I am not an ER nurse, but I plan to be and this book I feel is a great reference to have on you at all times in the ER. I purchased this book on Amazon for $25.00 and that is a good price for something so amazing. It is full of important facts about diseases, medications, lab values and more all of the must knows are in this book and it is very helpful and easy to read.

April update

So, I have been gone for a while, but now I am back so let me start where I left off.

April goals
  • Party for my birthday (fail)
  • Get hired (check)
  • Wig it for the month (check)
  • Use up 2 products (check)
  • No trim, No relaxer (check)
  • Try a new deep conditioner (went back to the basics)
I relaxed my hair May 6th and it went well. I used the ORS relaxer and I added the aphogee protein treatment which I feel has helped me a great deal gain strength back in my hair. one of the products I used up is the wild growth oil and I am on  my second bottle as we speak i will not give that oil up I plan to purchase for the next 4 months giving me a total of 6 months of use. My plan when i relax is to continue to use the aphogee protein treatment on relaxer day. I wash and deep condition once a week with whatever conditioner I have on hand.

April wasn't so bad for me!!

Hired!!

So, one of my March goal was to get employed in 2 different places as a nurse. On the very last day of that month I was hired, and have been working now for 3 weeks. Not in a place I ever thought I would start in, but hey my bills will be paid now.
I AM PROUD OF MYSELF!.. surprisingly, I went on a an interview last Sunday and what did I do I landed my second job... who said you cant get what you want?

Big smile on my face!!!

Birthday!

My birthday was on the 15th... I enjoyed my family that day and caught up on shows I haven't been watching because I didn't have the time. Well, I thought weeks before my birthday that I was going to be partying like crazy and to my surprise when the day came I didn't. I have  realized the reason for this was because everything I wanted to accomplish before my birthday I managed to accomplish, and it was enough for me to just relax and reflect on my born day. Very happy with myself right now!

Coco lime review

I don't like it for synthetic wigs. I think I have to give it a go on a human hair wig because when sprayed on a clean synthetic wig it left a sticky residue. Which is a big no.no. I am going to keep it around and try it on the better quality wigs when I buy them in the future.

April goals

My goals for April!!

  1. Party for my birthday
  2. Get hired
  3. Wig it for the month
  4. Use up 2 products
  5. No trim, No relaxer
  6. Try a new deep conditioner

Monday, March 31, 2014

March goal update!

  • Finish vitamins (Check I finished my Biotin 10,000mcg)
  • Land 2 nursing positions (Fail)
  • Get my BLS and ACLS certifications (Check)
  • Wig it for the month (ends in April) (Check)
So I am happy that I only failed at one thing this month and that is finding employment, I am happy that I got to get my certifications out of the way, and that I made it through yet another month without putting my hands in my hair so much.

Look out for April's goals!!

Mega growth review

The mega growth deep conditioner only lasted me 2 washed. I don't know how I feel about it. I plan to buy it again and do another trial before I make my final review. I was true to myself when I said I was going to use it in the regular order, which is after shampooing but for some reason the result of it after shampooing and sitting under the hood dryer was not memorable. It did not soften, or provide slip to my hair that I could remember, nothing really stood out in my hair after using it. I don't know if it is because after I air dry and cornrow my hair then put it under my wig or what, this is why I have to just repurchase it and give it another try because I am a few more weeks post relaxer maybe it will take better with more dry thirsty hair.

My tentacles

Decided to just let my tentacles breath for the day. They are getting long under my wigs,  I just hope that it's all progress to BSL. I think I will continue with wigs until my birthday I just don't want any set backs from wearing my hair out.
BSL here I come... wild growth oil please give me 2 inches!

Just some hair talk

I have been using the wild growth hair oil for only a few days and my roots are getting so, so, so thick. It has gotten to the point where I grabbed my calender just to see how many weeks post I am. I am only 4 weeks post. There in  no way that my hair has gotten this thick in just 3 days of using the oil. It does have a medicine smell like everyone claims but I am sitting in the house so It's not a problem. But, did I really start growing new hairs already is what I am concerned about. This is just between you and me, but if I have started to sprout hairs in 3 days of using this oil I will never let wild growth hair oil leave my side ever in life this will be my staple scalp oil for years to come.

So, yesterday I decided that I was going to stretch my hair a little with detangling and grapeseed oil to see how far I have to grow to get to BSL (my goal was to make it there by April my birthday) and to my surprise my hair looked way longer then it did the week before. I don't know if my eyes are playing tricks on me but if I make it to double digits on my length check t-shirt I will jump for joy lets make no mistakes about that. To my knowledge I am somewhere around line 8 at the moment. I have been doing my best to nurse my hair back to heath by decreasing the shedding, dusting my ends, and fixing my porosity issue (ASV rinse which will be in a up coming blog). The goal for me was to make sure that without a doubt I was keeping the hair that is already on my head, well on my head and to just grow from the roots to gain length.  I claim BSL at line 11 on my shirt. Line 10 is the top of the bra strap and line 12 is the bottom  of my bra strap, I don't want to meet the top of the bra and scream BSL!!!! no, I want to be right on the bra at line 11 if I grow below it great but line 11 is my short term goal right now and if I am at line 8 that means I need only 3 inches. According to the reviews that's about how many inches people grow after finishing the bottle using it 3 times a week.

I am just going to stop this long blog here and hope for the best.

Wild growth hair oil?

Well I have purchased it and have decided to give it a go. It has been 1 year and about 8 months now,  and I still have not made it to BSL. I  have noticed that my hair was not the strongest and was breaking a bit more then it needed to in my journey,  but now that I feel I fixed that problem by not using heat so often,  deep conditioning, hot oils, and hiding my hair it should have no choice but to grow to BSL now. I plan to do a length check before I start using the oil and after the bottle is finished and hoping that this bottle can give me what I see raved about (2 or more inches in a short period of time).
Hiding my hair under wigs since January was my way of not seeing my hair and playing in it for a long enough time so that I can actually see length. I will not flat iron my hair on either of these length checks because I am on a heat free challenge at the moment,  but I will make sure that the length is visible the best way I can.
I plan to apply the oil 3 times a week until all gone. Form the size of the bottle it may last a month or a month and a half we shall see.

Heatless leave-out for NeNe...

This is how I prep my hair at night and during the day to match Nene. I only take the rods out if I am leaving the house and when I come back I throw them right back in.

Change in regime!

I am not getting the results that I want bottom line. So, I have decided to change my regime again. I feel as though that my hair is not as healthy as I thought it was. I will be using the aphogee shampoo which I love to keep the moisture in, followed by deep conditioning with the mega growth deep conditioner with heat (I have heard great things about this conditioner), and then apply my aphogee leave in and let my hair air dry( this is a new product for my stash I hope I like it.) and lastly I plan to moisturize and seal my ends daily with my beloved triple moisture and coconut oil. that is my new regimen and I plan to do this until all of my products run out by that time my hair should look and feel better.

*I will switch back to the old school days when I would shampoo first and then deep condition. I never had a problem with hair growth when I did it that way only a problem with retaining my ends (I never knew about M&S in those days). I am praying that keeping the simple order of a weekly shampoo, deep condition, leave-in, moisturize and seal would give me the desired results I want.

* no hot oil treatment in this regime. I did not see any spectacular results from my weekly hot oil treatments with almond oil, it just used up my oil faster then desired.

* This month is my last wig of my 4 month wig challenge. A length check will be soon up end of this month... I don't know if I will continue until my 2 year hair growth anniversary which is in August of this year (5 months away!)

School Update

I am back in school! I must admit I am a bit addicted to education, but what are you going to do about it. as long as I enjoy learning why stop? So, this time around I have decided on an all online school to which I will be completing my masters degree in nursing. I have already started classes now and so far I don't feel like its going to be to bad or to much of a workload. I just need to feel more confident in working the course website is all. I have enrolled to take only 2 classes at a time and I guess because I am unemployed at the moment getting the work done is not stressful for me. This could all change, but for now I am enjoying it.

I cant wait to be done, and move on to something new!

New product coco lime!

I purchased this conditioner today with the hopes of it bringing back life to my older synthetic wigs that I have worn previously. They are cheap wigs but buying the same wig over and over can put a dent in your pocket. I just want to increase the shelf life of these wigs a little longer. I plan to wash them all and spray them down with this product and styling them as I see fit. Later in the month I will give my finally review of this product.

8 days have gone by...

Low low manipulation is the name of the game. I have not touched my hair since I relaxed it. I sprayed it ounce with a little water and conditioner to moisturize and sealed that in with coconut oil without taking down my braids and I was good to go. I said I was planning on keeping my hair up for seven day in  these 2 braids and I sure did. Now on to my wig of choice for this month.

Sunday, March 2, 2014

Put my hair away for 7 days!

Well, It's a new month so let me just take a week break from my wigs and wear my hair. Well, the best way for me to wear my hair at this point is braided. I wanted it off my shoulder and tucked away so I went with my fav. Hairstyle the Halo braid. Keeping it in for 7 days exactly,  then I will proceed to wash and pick the wig of my choice for the month of march.
P.s my bald spot has not gotten any better I will just except defeat at this point.

Relaxed @ 9 weeks

The deed was done and I don't really care for  it I guess I have to wait to wash it because it is so flat. I have decided not to flat iron it when it dried and I did not blow dry it neither, because a special someone (my puppy) decided that he wanted to eat the cord of my hair dryer. So, currently I am on a no heat challenge by force because in no way am I about to but a new hair dryer at this time.

I relaxed with the Amla relaxer and deep conditioned over night with the conditioner, my creme of nature conditioner and Aussie 3 minute miracle. I was not playing. For this upcoming month I will start to focus on adding more protein to my hair because the relaxer took a bit more then I wanted to and I know there was some overlapping done so fragile, fragile, fragile is the name of the game.

Look out for my upcoming post on my March wig selection.

Scratching my salon visit this month!

Well, this month on February 5th marked my 1 year and a half being on this hair journey to waist length (growing my entire length of my shirt #20). In an older post (under my hair salon visits tab above) I told myself that twice a year I was going to the salon to have my hair straightened which would be every 6 months, for me those 2 months are February and August.

I have decide that I am not going. Those salon beauticians will mess me up with all that heat. So, instead I want to do it every year (every august). In 6 months from now there will be a salon update and that would be my 2  year length check. My goal is Full MBL (#15 on shirt) by August 2014, and Full WL  (#20) by August 2015 (giving myself a year because I will do some cutting along the way to make sure the majority of my hair is full and meets the line).

Still on this Journey, WL here I come!

    Thursday, February 13, 2014

    7 weeks post!

So, here I am 7 weeks post and still doing the aggressive growth challenge to BSL. I started in January at 3 weeks post and here are my roots now. Yes, it is a lot of new growth. Just to recap I have been hot oil treating my hair with almond oil, deep conditioning, taking my iron, biotin 10000mcg, women s one a day multivitamin daily, applying castor oil to my scalp and doing the inversion method one week out of a month and I am currently on my second month, and finally GHE a few nights out of the week... I hope I didn't miss anything, Oh, yes wearing my wigs for 3 weeks at a time not manipulating my hair but keeping them in these braids underneath.
I posted what number my hair was at on my legnth check shirt last week and it was at line 7 with these thick roots, so I am really curious to know what number I am truly at when I stretch my hair on relaxer day.

    Wednesday, February 5, 2014

    My wash day!

So, I did a hot oil treatment yesterday with almond oil (I like the stuff so far) under the hooded dryer and then deep conditioned over night with the oil and  creme of nature conditioner in my hair. I shampooed it out today with the creme of nature shampoo, and applied my V05 conditioner for quick conditioning. Once done I t-shirt dried my hair, applied the apogee leave in spray in the four sections, finger detangled, then added a little Aussie moist conditioner and almond oil to detangle with my comb. When finished with that I applied castor oil to my scalp massaged it in and applied a little to my ends and twisted each section, tied with my bonnet and ready for bed.

I have been faithfully wearing my 1/2 wigs so I am on track with that. I have been keeping up with my hot oils and my deep conditioning as you can see. Now, these past few weeks I have been feeling like I have not been seeing much growth in my hair and tomorrow makes 1 year and 1/2 on this journey. I decided to take a quick peep of what I am working with since I haven't really checked and here are the pictures.

I am currently 6 weeks post with a lot of new growth, which could be from me drinking so much water, doing the inversion method, taking 10,000 mcg of biotin, my multivitamins, and my iron tablets were added to the mix not to mention a few days of the GHE was done as well. So, my hair is not stretched to the maximum which makes me happy because I may actually make it to BSL this year which is number 11 on my shirt. The picture shows I am at number 7, and that's with out relaxed roots so I am very hopeful at this point. My birthday is in April and that's how long I plan to wear my wigs.

Goal: get to # 11 on my shirt by April I would be so happy, you have no idea.

Have to add back to my regimen coconut oil. The only oil that soften my hair like no bodies business!!

    January Goals Update

    The Update!!!
    1. Wear wig entire month (check)
    2. Deep cond/ hot oil 2x week (check)
    3. Eat 3 meals a day drink plenty of water (fail hard to do)
    4. Take multivitamin daily (check)
    5. Cowash once a week (Wednesdays)  (check)

The only problem I had was a nutritional one. I eat fairly large meals and take naps so by the time I wake up, I am either still full, or its the next day lol. The good news is I have been taking my vitamins so I am always squared away in the nutrient department.

    Giving it a try!

So, as you know I am doing an aggressive hair growth challenge to grow to BSL and there has been and will be many days where I just sit in the house and do nothing, but study for my state boards exam and play around on the computer. I have now added an additional hair growth technique that I don't believe will hurt the process in anyway so why not try it. It is the GHE, green house affect. While I lounge around the house I can keep my hair moisturized, so currently I have on a plastic cap and 2 bonnets. I slept like this over night woke up with moist hair, took them off and let it dry a bit throughout the day. Now that I am back in bed and don't plan on doing much today I put all 3 head garments right back on. This could be the norm for me from now on since I have not landed the nursing job that I so desperately seek. I have all the time in the world to GHE.

    Currently doing an experiment!!!

So, as you know I am in the middle of an aggressive BSL challenge, taking biotin, a multivitamin, doing castor oil scalp massages, the inversion method, and almond oil hot oil treatments. To help keep up with the progress I have decided to braid a portion of my hair and will not upbraid it by any means. The purpose of this is to measure how much growth I get in a month.

My 2nd wig in rotation for 4 months!

    Yasmine!

    My Wash Day!

Today was wash day.... and here is what I did and what I used!

    1. I sectioned my hair into 2 halves down the middle and applied 100% almond oil on roots and tips, and finger detangled.
    2. Applied more almond oil to saturate then sat under the hood dryer on high for 5 minutes
    3. Once finished I applied my deep conditioner from creme of nature saturated my hair with it and sat under the dryer for another 5 minutes.
    4. Got in shower to rinse and detangled (hair felt like butter).
    5. Applied my creme of nature shampoo only on roots and messaged my scalp twice on each side (hair still divided in half down the middle).
    6. towel dried for 5 minutes
    7. Applied my aphogee leave in keratin spray
    8. Applied my tresemme heat protectant and blew dried my roots (learning that I loose less hair when my roots are stretched)
    9. Applied my elasta QP mango butter moisturizer, and sealed with 100% almond oil
    10. Parted my leave out and braided my 2 sections in to pigtails to which I cross wrapped the ends and pinned them on the sides of my head.
    11. Applied my wig cap and wig Yasmine by outre (3 weeks I plan on wearing her before I switch)

    Then I hit the Streets!!!!

    4 month wig challenge

I have 5 wigs and I will be rotating them! It is winter and yes, I have plateaued in growth and its time to grow passed this length so, here is the plan:

Primary goal = Grow to BSL in 4 months! (Line #12)

    1. Maintain 4 plaits in my hair under wigs
    2. Wash and deep condition every week in 4 plaits
    3. Moisturize and seal nightly
    4. Do not trim,  Do not relax hair
    5. Only unravel and re-braid  if needed
    6. Air dry and use hood dryer to dry braids after washes

That's it. It will be simple and I will not fuss with my hair. This will be great for me because I will get to not see my hair for a period of time and when the 4 months are up I will reveal my hair with a fresh relaxer and flat iron... and that's all she wrote.

    December goals update!!

    December Goals

    • Drink more water, eat 3 meals a day   (fail)
    • Cowash hair 2 x a week until the end  of this month Shampoo free!! (fail)
    • No heat/ No trim/ No relaxing hair (Fail)
    • Bun or wig  (check)
SO, I failed everything this month but I had good reasons to. First, drinking and eating I have been very busy and pretty much eat on the go. so I wont count it as a full 3 meals a day. Second, I relaxed my hair so needed to shampoo but before then my scalp was itchy and I love the Aphogee shampoo had to finish the bottle. Third, I relaxed my hair at 9 weeks (I can not stretch hair is just to thick) , and I dusted my ends. I felt that my hair is not growing at the rate I want and i am doing everything but trim the ends so I took snips off with no regrets, and I like my hair better when the roots are stretched so I blew dry like twice on low heat.

My January Goals will be reached!!!!!
